HCAN Speaks! is a nonpartisan 501(c)4 nonprofit. As part of our work fighting for Hawaiʻi’s keiki, our staff, board and parent advocates have chosen to endorse certain candidates for elected office who have demonstrated their commitment to children and families.
This year, HCAN Speaks! chose 34 candidates to endorse: 28 state house and 6 state senate candidates. We’re prepared to mobilize all of our efforts to help these candidates win their seats — and we hope you will join us! Similarly, should the candidates be elected, we’re prepared to hold each of them accountable for the answers they gave us. Below you will find a list of these candidates. Click their names to visit their campaign websites.
